Grade Appeal Process

  1. The student must submit a written appeal request to their professor. Appeals must be submitted within one week of final grade postings.
  2. The professor informs the student in writing of their decision within one week of receiving the appeal.
  3. If student is not satisfied with professor’s decision, then student has one week to appeal in writing to program coordinator.
  4. The program coordinator has one week to inform the student in writing of their decision.
  5. If the student is not satisfied with program coordinators decision, then the student has one week to appeal in writing to the department chair.
  6. The department chair has one week to inform the student in writing of their decision.
  7. If the student is not satisfied with the department chair’s decision, then student has one week to appeal in writing to the College of Education.
