PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM IN ATHLETIC TRAINING MISSION STATEMENT

 

It is the mission of the Professional Program in Athletic Training at Texas State University to provide undergraduate athletic training students with an in-depth academic study of the various domains of prevention, diagnosis, care and rehabilitation of athletic injuries. The CAATE-accredited Professional Program in Athletic Training will prepare its students to meet the requirements of the BOC certification and Texas licensure examinations, as well as their future professional responsibilities.
