The Total Wellness program offers a variety of fitness assessment services. Knowing one's current health and fitness level is imperative in creating, sustaining and monitoring health over time, but is also important in identifying areas for improvement. Total Wellness’s general fitness testing is an excellent way to get a picture of how your fitness compares to others in your age group in order to make attainable, realistic and healthy fitness goals.
