Interests/Research: Research interest involves the effects of resistance training on health and sport performance. Recent research publications: comparison of muscle activation patterns between single- and double-leg squats and upper-body resistance training using chain-loaded resistance. Courses taught: Kinesiology, biomechanics, and advanced resistance training.
